Our teaching staff members are drawn from the international arena as well. They are recruited from the United Kingdom, India, Philippines, Pakistan, as well as experienced quality and qualified teachers from Malaysia. Students are prepared for the University of Cambridge IGCSE 'O' and 'A' levels Exams.

Expansion of our campus to accommodate increasing student population, hostels and better facilities for sports and games on a 5 acre land has been completed in early 2008 and is functioning in full swing. This is located in the suburbs of the town. The new campus is strategically placed within easy access to the northern and southern regions of the country via the highway. It is also near residential communities, golf courses and shopping complexes, where expatriates like to stay during their tenure of service in Malaysia.
MIS is the only international school in Melaka which caters for Pre-School to Junior school, “O” Levels and the soon-to-be introduced “A” levels. MIS conducts the University of Cambridge IGCSE ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels examinations, and Key Stage examinations by the UK Qualifications and Curriculum Authority.
Melaka is ideal for students as the costs of living and studying are relatively low. Besides, it has a conducive study environment without the distractions and the bad influence of big cities. There are abundant opportunities to pursue academic, sports, clubs/societies and co-curricular activities which allow wholesome and healthy interaction of students, staff and families.
